Upcoming Event

An in-person whisky tasting at Tangle Creek on Wednesday May 22nd 2024.

Our expert guest speaker, Will Martin from Noble Spirits, will lead us through a tasting of these exceptional whiskies and share his knowledge and insights for each one.  

First Course 

Kilchoman Machir Bay paired with Mini Beef Yorkshire 

Mini Yorkshire pudding stuffed with brandy infused sauteed mushrooms and onions slow braised certified aged beef, topped with a red wine jus and horseradish crema   

Second Course 

Kilchoman Sanaig Islay paired with Charred Orange and Beet Salad 

Candied beets and blood orange slices topped with tri colored butter lettuce bundle tied with cucumber ring and topped with ginger orange poppyseed dressing   

Third Course 

Kilchoman Casado Islay paired with Tequila Lime chicken 

Tequila infused roasted chicken breast, served with black bean and pea rice pilaf and charred Mexican corn on the cob, garnished with fresh lime slices and jalapeno peppers 

Epilogue 

Kilchoman Maderia Cask Matured with Cherries Jubilee 

 French vanilla bean ice cream topped with flambeed triple sec cherries, short bread crumble and fresh mint
