  Our expert guest speaker, Jamie Johnson from PMA Canada will lead us through a tasting of the exceptional whiskies from Glenfiddich and share her knowledge and insights for each one. 

First Course

Glenfiddich  14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel

Curried Fall Harvest Soup  

Fall harvest vegetables blended with fall infused spices, red curry paste, vegetarian broth and finished with smoky coconut milk and roasted pine nuts to garnish 

Second Course

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old

    Crispy Pork Schnitzel Spring roll 

Hand breaded pork schnitzel sliced thinly served with creamy bacon ranch mashed potatoes, julienne red cabbage and carrots all rolled tightly in a spring roll wrapper then fried to a golden color and served with a side of lemon Dijon cream sauce for dipping  

Third Course

Glengoyne 16 Year Old F1 Edition

Red Wine and Port Braised Lamb Shank  

Slow braised herb infused lamb shank braised in a red wine and port reduction sauce, served with white bean puree, rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes, rustic honey butter carrots and broccoli crown

Epilogue

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

  Chocolate Mocha Mousse Cake  

Rich dark chocolate cake with mocha mousse and toffee crunch served with espresso whipped cream and macerated raspberries
