Doors will open at 6pm for cocktails prior to the event, which will begin at 7pm

Our expert guest speakers, Chris Thompson from Campari Group will lead us through a tasting of the exceptional whiskies from The Glen Grant and share his knowledge and insights for each one. 

First Course

The Glen Grant 12 Yr Old paired with Broccoli, Bacon and Cheddar Gnocchi Soup

Cream of broccoli and cheddar soup, poured over top of pillow soft gnocchi dumplings, topped with shredded mixed cheddar cheese and fresh crispy bacon

Second Course

The Glen Grant 15 Yr Old paired with 3 Way Cocktail Shrimp Plate

1st baked wonton wrapper, stuffed with lemon dill cream cheese, P&D shrimp topped with capers and chives

2nd sea salt cracker topped with cracked black pepper truffle cheese, spicy siracha sauce, P&D shrimp and horseradish mayo

3rd baked tartlet shell, filled with classic lemon caper cocktail sauce P&D shrimp, lemon twist and edible flower peddles

Third Course

The Glen Grant 18 Yr Old paired with Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Supreme

Lemon pepper chicken supreme seared and served with thyme, rosemary and paprika potato wedges, tri colored heirloom carrot vegetable bundle with balsamic reduction

Epilogue

The Glen Grant Exploration paired with Peacan Whisky Tartlet

Sweet dough crust filled with gooey caramel with whisky aromas, finished with crunchy pecans and topped with a crème fraiche gelato and drizzled caramel sauce
