  Our expert guest speaker, Ciara Farrell, will lead us through a tasting of these exceptional whiskies and share her knowledge and insights for each one. 

 Born and raised in Ireland, Ciara's journey began amidst the lively pubs of the Emerald Isle, where her affection for spirits flourished. With extensive experience as a Spirit Specialist, Ciara has travelled across distilleries, meticulously honing her craft and sculpting bartender training programs and menus. Transitioning to Toronto's dynamic cocktail scene, she left an indelible mark managing at top bars before joining Proximo. Now, her passion for whiskey shines as she imparts her knowledge, hosting masterclasses and training sessions nationwide. Creating moments of joy and discovery in every sip, Ciara aims to impart the wonder of whiskey with bar partners, restaurant staff, and consumers alike.

Slow roasted dry rub ribs, on a nest of golden pineapples, smothered with whisky bourbon peach bbq sauce, served with grill infused Bushmills whisky pineapple slices, bacon, ranch and cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and homemade honey butter cornbread

Our reliable dispensary services offer an array of programs to streamline your healthcare needs, such as easy prescription renewals and transfers with the Pharmasave E-Care app, medication review, compliance packaging and free local delivery as well as many other services that can be customized to your daily needs.

We are located at 1081 Innisfil Beach Road and open to serve the community of Alcona Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. We are closed Sunday and holidays.
